The Manitoba Ringette Association will be running an Instructor Clinic on June 15th. This clinic will certify participants to work at Camps or clinic, as well as the Ringette 4 U Youth Development program which will be rolled out this fall. Once the required on ice practical work, is completed participants will be given the rank of Level 2, and the rate of pay is $20.00 per hour.

Should anyone receive a call from the U19 Flames to join their roster, we highly encourage this player to accept and continue playing at the AA level.
Manitoba presently has one team that participates in the National Ringette League’s (NRL) Western Conference. In order to improve upon this season’s progress and continue to grow the league, potential players and stars such as you are vital to the National Ringette league.
Our team, Winnipeg Prairie Fire will return to the NRL for the 2013-2014 season. All players (returning players, graduating U19 and Open players) who are interested in playing in the NRL must register and submit a $200.00 registration fee by May 27, 2013. NOTE: LATE REGISTRATION FEE IS $250.00 – NO EXCEPTIONS.
Returning players are not guaranteed a position for the new season and tryouts will be held. After the completion of tryouts, new and returning players will either be contracted and placed on the team’s roster or released.
No player will be allowed on the team after the tryout dates or at any other time during the season unless approved by the NRL Committee in Manitoba. Any player who has registered for the tryouts and withdraws will be assessed a $50.00 administration fee.
The MRA strongly encourages any interested player to consider playing in the NRL. We need to know of your intent to participate and play at this level for the upcoming season. Please complete the attached Registration form and enclose a cheque for $200.00 payable to the MRA.
